For parcels of A$1,000 or less, a store registered for GST is meant to charge GST (10%) at checkout, and nothing is charged at the border. If YesStyle charged GST at checkout on a parcel over A$1,000, GST may be charged again at the border; you would claim the checkout GST back from the store. The examples show it as a "maybe", not in the total.
